TPMC’s investment strategy encourages an entrepreneurial approach to analyzing potential transactions.
With respect to commercial real estate, TPMC will acquire irreplaceable, value-added office and retail properties in superior geographic locations. We will then redevelop the property, absorb any vacant space, and then revert the re-positioned property to market. TPMC is also capable of financing and refinancing new and existing borrowers who otherwise do not have access to the capital markets.
TPMC also focuses on “broken” residential development transactions. We will acquire distressed development notes that are secured by fully-entitled lots, resolve complicated issues with municipalities and then choose to sell the finished lots or partner with local developers to build single family homes. In the multi-family sector, TPMC focuses on acquiring recently completed condominium towers and apartment complexes with substantial remaining unsold or vacant inventory. Leveraging its in-depth market knowledge and owner-operator approach, TPMC will implement a new marketing and sales campaign and allow the lender or seller to participate in the property’s financial upside in exchange for a lower initial purchase price.
